Frequently asked questions
Why is my business already listed?
MyThaiCity uses open data from the Overture Maps Foundation. It contains business details that are publicly available, for example from Facebook pages of businesses. We only show the name, category, address, phone, website and Facebook page – never e-mail addresses or names of owners.
How do I claim my listing?
Open your listing and choose “Is this your business? Claim it free”, or use the claim form. We check that you are the owner, usually by calling the phone number of the listing. Claiming is free.
Can I have my listing removed?
Yes. Use the report form and choose “Please delete this listing”. We check the request and remove the listing; we reply within five working days.
What does Pro add?
Pro adds a verified badge, your own description, photos, opening hours and links to your website, Facebook, Instagram, LINE and WhatsApp. Pro costs 2,900 ฿ for one year or 6,900 ฿ for three years, paid once, without automatic renewal.
